Topdanmark increases its holding of own shares

Announcement No. 02/2013

Topdanmark now holds own shares representing 10.00% of the share capital. Since
the latest announcement of the holding of own shares in the Q1-Q3 2012 interim
report (Announcement No. 11/2012), the number has increased by 77,000 to
1,375,000 shares. 

In 2012 Topdanmark bought back own shares for DKK 1,200,000.
