Topin & Associates Promotes Two and Hires Two; Changes Made to Meet Growth Demands

CHICAGO, December 3, 2010 — Accelerated new business growth has led Topin & Associates (topin.com) to promote two team members and hire two individuals with strong health care agency experience. The agency has promoted Prill Kozel and Tanja Noren and also hired Erin Schwarz and Steven Rupiper to join the team. These changes demonstrate Topin & Associates’ significant new business activity in the past several months.

The recent changes at Topin & Associates were implemented as part of an organizational change designed to:       

-          Enhance consistency, efficiency and productivity

-          Accommodate the agency’s new business growth

-          Align talent with the best opportunities to contribute

Prill Kozel has been promoted to Creative Director while Tanja Noren has been elevated as an Account Director.  Both are seasoned members of Topin & Associates.

  • Prill Kozel has more than 20 years of experience in health care advertising and has executed integrated programs for Merck, Abbott Molecular Diagnotics, Roxane Laboratories, Teva Neuroscience and Baxter Global Infusion Systems.
  • Tanja Noren’s 12 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience has included working on products for Teva Neuroscience, GlaxoSmithKline, Hoffman-LaRoche, Abbott, Aspect Medical Systems and Lundbeck, Inc.

In addition to the recent promotions, the agency brought on Steven Rupiper as an account executive and Erin Schwarz as a copywriter. Prior to joining Topin & Associates, both Rupiper and Schwarz have worked in the healthcare agency settings. Rupiper has experience working on cardiovascular products in the account services side and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, Ind. Schwarz has worked on creative campaigns for brands in allergic rhinitis and rheumatology. An award-winning writer, Schwarz has a bachelor’s of arts degree in marketing/advertising at Columbia College, Chicago.
