Company release no. 7 / 2012 – Further postponement of annual report

With Company release no. 3, 21 March 2012, the Company announced it was
delaying the release of its annual report until 26 April 2012. As a result of
the ongoing sales process, cf. Company release no. 5, 4 April 2012, the
Company’s assets must be re-classified as held for sale with consequent changes
to valuations and additional requirements to documentation. Therefore it is not
possible for the Company to publish its annual report for the accounting year
2011 by 26 April 2012. The Company has to postpone the release until 8 May
2012. As a consequence, the Annual General Meeting will be postponed to
Thursday 31 May 2012. 

The Company’s financial calendar now looks as follows:
