Creades AB (publ) has acquired Class A shares in Transcom, crossing the 15% voting rights threshold

Luxembourg, 24 November 2014 – Creades AB (publ) has notified that it has acquired Class A voting shares (TWW SDB A) in Transcom WorldWide S.A. on 24 November, 2014, crossing the 15% voting rights threshold.

Following this transaction, Creades AB (publ) owns 101,753,871 TWW SDB A shares, corresponding to 16.3% of voting rights in Transcom WorldWide S.A. Prior to the transaction, Creades AB (publ) controlled 14.96% of voting rights in Transcom WorldWide S.A.
