Transcom publishes Merger Prospectus in relation to the proposed re-domiciliation from Luxembourg to Sweden

Luxembourg, 5 August 2014 – Transcom today announced that the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the attached Merger Prospectus in relation to the proposed re-domiciliation from Luxembourg to Sweden. The prospectus is also available on Transcom’s website at www.transcom.com/redom.

The final registration of the merger by The Swedish Companies Registration Office is expected to occur during the fourth quarter 2014, subject to approval at a general meeting of the shareholders of Transcom WorldWide S.A. and Transcom WorldWide AB. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Transcom’s shareholders will take place on September 4, 2014, as disclosed in the convening notice made public on July 28, 2014.
