Clarification regarding insider trading in Opcon AB

Opcon AB would like to make a clarification regarding the last few days of insider trading in the Opcon AB share and CEO Rolf Hasselström’s ownership.

No insider registration regarding CEO Rolf Hasselström’s trading has been issued, and should not be issued according to the rules and regulations of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The reason is that his main shareholding in Opcon AB is owned by the company Calamus AB whose shareholder structure is such that it should not report any insider trading. As of 2014-08-29 Calamus AB owned 7 801 505 in Opcon AB and was then Opcon’s fourth largest shareholder.

On September 8-9 Calamus AB increased its holding in Opcon AB with 1.000.000 shares and now owns 8 801 505 shares.
