Communique from the Annual General Meeting in Trig Social Media AB held in Nacka Sweden on the 24th of June 2015

Stockholm, 24 June 2015: The AGM Annual General Meeting of Trig Social Media AB held in Nacka Sweden on the 24th of June 2015 resolved to adopt the Annual Accounts with the proposed disposal of the result. It was resolved to discharge the Board of Directors as well as the Managing Director of liability.

The AGM resolved that the Board of Directors shall consist of three members. Anthony Norman and Peter Kristoffersson were re-elected as Board Members. Phillip Cook was elected as a new Board Member and will also take the position as Chairman. Phillip Cook is the indirect main owner of the company. Per-Åke Bergstrand was elected auditor until next AGM.

The AGM also approved the proposal from the Board of Directors concerning empowerment to issue new shares, options and convertible debt notes within the limits of the share capital and with deviation of the preferential rights of existing shareholders.
