Polygon Norway has signed an agreement to acquire Skadegruppen AS
Oslo (Norway), 26 September 2017 – Polygon, a Triton Fund III company, has signed an agreement to acquire Skadegruppen AS, a leading property damage restoration services provider in Norway, from Coor Service Management. This transaction will strengthen Polygon’s market position in Norway. Completion is subject to regulatory approval. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
