TTS - Purchase of own shares

According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to
purchase it's own shares. There are 5 000 own shares bought by TTS at 27th June
2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.51.
TTS Group ASA holds a total of 123 410 own shares.
