TTS - Purchase of own shares

According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to
purchase it's own shares. There are 14 400 own shares bought by TTS at 16th July
2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.4239.

In the period 19.6.2012 - 16.7.2012 TTS has bought 249 790 own shares. TTS Group
ASA holds a total of 285 000 own shares.
