TTS - Purchase of own shares

According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to
purchase it's own shares. There are 9 400 own shares bought by TTS at 17th July
2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.3702.

In the period 19.6.2012 - 17.7.2012 TTS has bought 259 190 own shares. TTS Group
ASA holds a total of 294 400 own shares.
