Regarding the subsequences of UAB “Zalgirio sporto arena” shares takeover
transaction

In response to recent public discussions and considerations regarding 357
million litas 94.9 percent of UAB “Zalgirio sporto arena” shares takeover
transaction completed by AB Ukio bankas, hereby we announce that this
transaction will not have direct impact on AB Ukio bankas group’s and AB Ukio
bankas’ liquidity and capital adequacy. Concluding the UAB “Zalgirio sporto
arena” shares takeover transaction, the Bank arranged for contractual
obligations that previous borrowers at any time in a future would cover any
losses from any impairment of shares or assets arising from this transaction.
