Universal Surveillance Systems Promotes Karen Lahr To Fill New Director of Sales, Western Region, Position

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – October 13, 2011 – Karen Lahr has been named to fill the new position of Director of Sales, Western Region, at Universal Surveillance Systems LLC (USS), the largest privately held manufacturer of loss prevention technology in the United States.  In this position, Lahr will oversee USS sales activities of their loss prevention (LP) product lines including their electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags and systems and their closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to local and regional retailers in the western United States

Lahr has been with USS for five years as National Accounts Manager working closely with retailers to identify LP needs and provide security solutions. Her background includes extensive experience in operations management at large retail chains including Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor and Anchor Blue where she had key roles in loss prevention, personnel, merchandising and operations for multiple sites.
