KALLE RASINMÄKI APPOINTED VP SALES AND MARKETING OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ

Kalle Rasinmäki has been appointed to Vice President Sales and Marketing of
Vaahto Group Plc Oyj since January 7th, 2013. He coordinates and develops the
sales and marketing activities of the whole Vaahto Group and sets up the
targets and indicators. The objective is to increase the cooperation between
the Subsidiaries and to support their sales efforts. Rasinmäki leads the Key
account function, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) cooperation, Frame
agreement negotiations and Sales agent network. He is also responsible for
Russian business. 

Rasinmäki reports to CEO Ari Viinikkala.

Rasinmäki started with Vaahto Paper Technology Oy as a VP Sales and Marketing
in December 2011 focusing in fall 2012 for sales activities in Service business
unit. He has formerly been employed by Consultant Company Pöyry for ten years
serving in leading positions in Projects, Sales and Business Management.
