On the election of the managing board of JSC "Valmieras stikla škiedra"

On May 25, 2012 at the session of the Council of JSC "Valmieras stikla škiedra"
the new Board of the company was elected. The repeatedly elected members of the
Board are:Andris Oskars Brutans, Andre Heinz Schwiontek, Richard Karl-Heinz
Will, Friedhelm August Hermann Schwender, Stefan Jugel and Dainis Šenbergs. The
new elected Board member is Joran Pfuhl. Mr. Andris Oskars Brutans was
repeatedly elected as the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Andre Heinz Schwiontek
was repeatedly elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Board. For all Members of
the Board the term of office begins on May 29 of this year. The new Member of
the Board Mr. Joran Pfuhl does not own any shares of JSC "Valmieras stikla
škiedra".
