Vattenfall sells German facility services operations

Vattenfall is selling its German facility services operations to ISS Facility Services GmbH in line with Vattenfall’s consolidation strategy. The transaction is expected to be completed by 1 January, 2015.

The sale includes subsidiaries VSG GmbH (including its shareholding in TEGEMA GmbH) and Hanuman FO GmbH with a total of more than 500 employees.

A long-term service agreement regarding facility operations services has been concluded with the new owner and is valid for a period of five years.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

ISS Facility Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the Danish company ISS Global A/S.
