                Warrant Programme - New Articles of Association



In accordance with its authorisation pursuant to Section 5A of the Articles of
Association, the Board of Directors of Veloxis Pharmaceuticals A/S has on 23
January 2013 issued 20,630,000 warrants for the subscription of nominally DKK
20,630,000 shares in the Company. 

The amendment of the Articles of Association associated with the issue of
warrants has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The new
Articles of Association for Veloxis Pharmaceuticals A/S are attached.
