Victoria Park signs ten-year leases in Karlskrona

Victoria Park has signed new leases with Coop and Wellness in Karlskrona, Sweden. The two leases, both of which will take effect in the third quarter of 2018 and extend for ten years, comprise a combined total of just over 1,600 square metres. The total annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 2 M.

“We are delighted to have extended our lease with Coop for another ten years and to have signed an expanded lease with Wellness for the same time horizon. The commercial premises in the property portfolio in question are fully leased and will boost our annual rental value by just over SEK 700,000 in the future,” says Per Ekelund, Property Manager at Victoria Park.
