De-listing of Europolitan Vodafone AB (publ)

Vodafone Group Plc owns, directly or through its subsidiaries, more than
98 per cent of the shares and votes in Europolitan. The Board of
Directors of Europolitan has therefore resolved to apply for de-listing
of the Europolitan shares from Stockholmsbörsen's O-list, Attract 40,
and proposes 28 March 2003 as the last trading day.
