Claes Nilsson appointed new head of International division

Claes Nilsson has today been appointed Senior Vice President, responsible for International Division at Volvo Trucks. In this position he will be a member of the Truck Executive Group.

Claes Nilsson has been with Volvo since 1982 and has a solid and varied background at Volvo Trucks. His latest assignment was as Vice President Retail Development at the European Division. He is taking up his position as from May 1 and he is succeeding Claes Svedberg who has taken on a position as Vice President for the Alliance Office and will be located at AB Volvo headquarter in Göteborg, Sweden.
