Number of shares in Vostok Nafta

Stockholm, 2012-08-31 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As previously announced,
the total number of shares and votes in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok
Nafta”) decreased by 5,451,284 during August as a result of cancellation of
repurchased Swedish Depositary Receipts (“SDRs”) and underlying shares. The
total number of outstanding SDRs and shares in Vostok Nafta is 89,953,373. 

The Company does not hold any own SDRs or shares.
