Vostok Nafta depository receipt buy-back

Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between
December 27 and December 28, 2012 repurchased 197,776 Swedish Depository
Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 19.40. This represents 0.22% of the
total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The
repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and
previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok
Nafta will be 89,719,279.
