Wallenstam is now starting the new construction of 148 rental apartments in Solberga, strategically located between Älvsjö and Telefonplan in Stockholm. Occupation of the 148 apartments is expected to take place in late 2017.

“This is an eagerly awaited start of construction of 148 rental apartments with modern architecture, which will contribute to a positive development of the area in a nice way. We very much look forward to developing Solberga, which is a charming and attractive urban district,” says Mathias Aronsson, Deputy CEO, Wallenstam AB.

Grönskan’s apartments, which have been designed by Wingårdh Architect's office, are divided into 11 one-room apartments, 109 two-room apartments, 13 three-room apartments and 15 four-room apartments. The entrances face the streets and will contribute to city life in the area.
