Swedish Post Office Administration leases from Wallenstam Wallenstam has leased 3,000 m2 in the so-called Turitz Building in Gothenburg to the Swedish Post Office Adminstration. The Post Office will locate its distribution centre for direct advertising in these premises. The annual rent is SEK 1,500,000 which will have a positive effect on Wallenstam's profit in 1999. When Wallenstam took over the property in August, this year, 15% of the total floorspace of 26,000 m2 was leased. The lease signed with the Post Office means that 85% of the property is now leased out.
