Wallenstam increases its commercial property holdings

Wallenstam increases its commercial property holdings Wallenstam has agreed to purchase 40 000 m² from Mölnlycke Health Care AB for a total of SEK 40 million. Wallenstam plans to further refurbish the property, thus increasing the total amount of leased floor space from the present approx. 50%. Wallenstam will take over the property on 1 January , 1999. This acquisition will have a positive impact on Wallenstam's profit next year.
