Wallenstam is now implementing Kundo, a web-based inquiry forum, which will provide tenants with quick answers through an intelligent and automatic search function. The content of the digital platform, which is now available on Wallenstam’s website, is being developed together with tenants based on the information, which is being requested.

“We are now looking forward to be able to assist our customers with more service and improved accessibility. Through Kundo, we can offer our residents efficient answers around-the-clock. In addition, we can gather opinions and suggestions for improvement in order to further develop our service and business,” says Kristina Landgren Carestam, Head of the Customer Service department at Wallenstam.

Kundo will be available for both residential and commercial tenants of Wallenstam − more than 9,000 homes and 1,000 commercial tenants will be covered in total.

Through statistics and reports, Kundo will serve as a complement to existing CRM systems and provide information about what questions are most relevant for the customer. In the longer term, other paths and platforms such as Facebook will be integrated in order to meet the tenant and provide answers to questions.
