Wallenstam leases out 9,000 m3 in the Gothenburg area In the last two months, Wallenstam has leased out about 9,000 m3 in the Gothenburg area. Most of this floor space is leased by Kronans droghandel in Massetjärn and Merkantildata in Sisjön. These leases generate about SEK 7.1 million in annual rental income for the Company.
