Wallenstam vacates the property Skäran 1 in Helsingborg

As part of the agreement concluded with Willhem in December 2015 on a gradual acquisition by the company of Wallenstam’s properties in Helsingborg, the property Skäran 1 will be vacated as of today’s date. The agreed property value amounted to SEK 380 million with a lettable area of just over 13,600 square meters.

“It is very nice to be able to hand over another fine property, containing both apartments and commercial premises, to Willhem. I am proud over all the work that my co-workers have done in planning, building and letting the property, which Willhem can now take possession of and take forward in the best way”, says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam. 

Fastigheten Skäran 1 is located at Grepgatan 10-42 in Mariastaden in Helsingborg.
