FORT LAUDERDALE – May 13, 2013 – Summer Escape invites travelers to spend summer the right way – with sizzling vacation deals. Offered at select hotels and resorts for travel from now through September 29, 2013, the Summer Escape offer requires a two-night minimum stay and features a $25 hotel credit per room, per night*. Travelers who stay three nights or more can enjoy a $75 hotel credit, while those who stay four nights can enjoy a $100 hotel credit, plus $25 hotel credit for each additional night (varies by property). Credits can be used towards a variety of amenities and activities such as dining, golf, spa treatments, and more. The Summer Escape promotion features free breakfast for kids 12 years and younger at participating hotel restaurants with at least one paying adult, every day during their stay. **

*Hotel Credits are for travel between May 1, 2013 - September 29, 2013 and hotel credits will be applied to all completed stays through September 30, 2013 (to apply credits for the last paid night of stay). A $50 hotel credit per room is earned with a minimum two-night consecutive stay. A $75 hotel credit per room is earned with a consecutive three-night stay. A $100 hotel credit per room is earned with a consecutive four-night stay. The additional credit of $25 per night for stays of five or more nights is available at some participating hotels; please check the property’s website for details. Length of stay minimums may be required and are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Credits will be applied to the guest room account at time of checkout and final credit value will be based upon total nights consumed. Credits can be applied towards all charges except room rate, corresponding taxes and resort fees. Hotel activities where credits may be redeemed vary by property, and activities must be charged to the guest room account in order to receive the credit. Offer is not combinable with other promotions, packages, negotiated/qualified rate plans and offers. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited and not reimbursed in cash. **Kids 12 years and younger eat free breakfast valid for up to 2 children per room at participating hotel restaurants only. Children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult when eating in a restaurant. Kids must select from the Children’s Menu or Breakfast Buffet (if available). Offer includes one child entree and non-alcoholic beverage per child and must be accompanied by an adult entree purchase. Room service and snacks are not included.
Note: The Inns of Sanibel do not offer Free Breakfast, but rather will provide a credit of $35 per night ($10 more than base credit) for a stay of two nights or more.
^ All submissions must be original photographs taken on a smart phone camera by the entrant, must include the hashtag #SummerEscape, mention @VacationEscapes and be uploaded to Instagram each week by Friday, starting on May 10, 2013.
