In little time, Wihlborgs has signed leases with three new tenants at Baltzar City in Malmö. In total, the new leases comprise 1,600 m2.

Baltzar City is located at the junction of Södergatan/Baltzargatan in central Malmö and on the ground floor there are stores, such as Stadium, Marlene Birger, Bitte Kai Rand, Holy Greens and others. The remaining floors comprise office premises with tenants including Skandia and Kvällsposten.

The three new tenants, which will move into office space during the spring, are Espresso House, Twilio (formerly Beepsend) and Resurs Bank.

“Baltzar City has an attractive location in the city centre, only a few minutes’ walk from the central station. It is nice to welcome three exciting companies that all contribute to a good mix of businesses in the property,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

“We are pleased with our partnership with Wihlborgs and look forward to moving into the new office in Baltzar City,” says Johan Gederberg, Expansion Manager for Espresso House.

The property has another 3,000 m2 of vacant office space in premises vacated by Mannheimer Swartling at the end of the year.
