PANASONIC BRINGS BACK ITS 7 YEAR WARRANTY IN TIME FOR WINTER
Panasonic is showing support for its network of PRO Partners by announcing the return of its market-leading 7 year warranty for Aquarea Heat Pump systems.
As winter approaches, homeowners are looking at renewable technologies to provide heating and hot water. Panasonic has recognised that the upcoming months are an important time for its PRO Partners, and has therefore decided to offer them a sales tool that will provide homeowners the confidence to opt for a Panasonic heat pump system.
As one of the longest warranties offered within the heating and cooling sector, Panasonic also promise a quick and simple approval programme. PRO Partners simply elect for an extended warranty when installing an Aquarea system. Once the install has been commissioned, the warranty extension can be submitted online to ensure the relevant checks and approval process is progressed quickly and efficiently.
“We have re-introduced our 7 year warranty in the hope of encouraging homeowners to confidently move away from expensive oil, gas and LPG heating systems,” says Marc Diaz, UK & Ireland Country Manager for Panasonic Heating and Cooling. “Our PRO Partners are actively communicating the benefits of heat pumps to their customers, and we believe that providing them with this warranty will support them in securing more sales.”
Panasonic PRO Partners enjoy a range of benefits including the support from Panasonic throughout the duration of their project, and working with them to ensure the best results. As well as the 7 year warranty, PRO Partners benefit from a dedicated technical helpline for any post installation maintenance and service questions.
