RIDI LIGHTING FITS ITS OWN LED MODULES TO POPULAR EBRME LUMINAIRES

Designed for use in modular ceilings, the steel housing and powder coated body is durable and deliberately minimalist for easy cleaning and its increased suitability for a variety of applications. Available in 600x600mm and 1200x300mm variants, the new models can also be sealed to protect against the ingress of dust and water splashes to IP54 rating.

“The new LED module versions bring increased efficiency to this luminaire design, which has found its natural home in schools, offices and other applications with modular ceilings,” says Mike Attard, Managing Director at RIDI Lighting in the UK. “The LED modules we use are now all made in our own facility in Germany, allowing us to offer the same build quality as the luminaire housing and an added reliance on achieving the full 50,000hrs projected life-span. These are backed by RIDI's 5 year warranty. ”

The new models also have built-in emergency functionality and although designed for modular ceilings, can be adapted to a variety of ceiling systems with fixing kits from RIDI. The total luminous flux of the LED modules is 5200 lumens with a colour rendering index Ra>85 and colour temperature of 3000 or 4000 Kelvin. A new 3600 lumen version is now available which is run at 350mA and offers even greater energy savings.
