Stealth Acoustics, the world’s foremost invisible speakers’ brand, recognised for audiophile sound quality performance and great aesthetics, has enjoyed a period of impressive growth in Europe which is helping to define the invisible speakers category as a margin-rich product category for integrators.

“Clearly, it’s important for installers to deliver a high quality solution for their clients,” says Steve Olszewski, Vice President of Stealth Acoustics. “But, in these tough economic times, installers must also demonstrate they can add value on a project and maintain or grow their own margin. Invisible speakers now deliver on both fronts and our growth in Europe is testament to this success. Recently at ISE we exhibited a range of new products which we believe will provide even more opportunities for installers to build their business and profit from the expansion in the invisible speakers business.”

Stealth’s background as an installation company is key to the company’s success. It helps to inform the company’s product development programme and ensures that they understand what installers are looking for in terms of quality audio, ease of installation and integration at the same time as they offer a superb, aesthetically invisible finish.

Now on the sixth generation of product in less than ten years, Stealth has worked hard to elevate the audio quality available from invisible speakers to rival, and even surpass, many other traditional speakers. The company’s commitment to product innovation will continue to generate higher audio quality and improvements in speaker design and new materials.

Unveiled at ISE, Stealth’s latest invisible speaker range, the LRG Series, features a lower profile, high-power woofer for solid bass response down to 30 Hz. Stealth have also completely re-designed the speaker face to make it stronger and lighter yet able to provide superior acoustic performance. This proprietary radiating surface, called “Fidelity-Glass™”, generates more delicate highs, a deep and solid bass output and overall better response.

The paintable active diaphragm face is bonded to the frame of the speaker panel, creating an active area surrounded by a stable mounting frame which attaches directly to standard wall structures. This enables installation in either the wall or ceiling with on-site finishing options, including latex paint, light wallpaper, fabrics and selected texture coats.

Stealth has also introduced the StingRay™, the world’s first, completely sealed, outdoor speaker setting a new standard for high-fidelity audio quality, style and long-lasting reliability. With its classic yet discrete curved design, StingRay™ is ideally suited to the hi-end custom installation market where audio and aesthetic quality is the defining requirement. It represents the perfect solution for swimming pools, patios, decks or other party areas in homes and ski chalets or aboard super yachts.

Stealth products are widely available across Europe through a specialist distribution network which includes Genesis Technologies in the UK, France, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal. The company is committed to the custom installation channel and supporting its distribution partners and dealers to grow their business with invisible speakers.
