KIMMO LAAKSONEN NAMED AS THE NEW CEO OF WULFF GROUP PLC

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE        MARCH 9, 2017 at 9.00 A.M.

Kimmo Laaksonen, M.Sc., has been appointed as the new CEO of Wulff Group Plc and the Managing Director of the Group’s largest subsidiary Wulff Ltd. beginning on March 13, 2017. Laaksonen (born 1968) will also be the Chairman of the Group’s Executive Board.

Elina Rahkonen, who has acted as the Group’s interim CEO, will continue in her position of Chief Financial Officer.

Wulff Group Plc’s Chairman of the Board Heikki Vienola is pleased that the Group will get a leader who has experience of managing people and companies from different business sectors, and especially, a good track record in developing sales, marketing and digital solutions.
