Organizations experiencing the typical Learning & Development challenges associated with a highly regulated industry will benefit from seeing first-hand how Baker Hughes has successfully aligned the learning function to the business, creating a positive impact on the overall company's strategic goals.

“Improving time to competence for employees and collecting data at every step of the learning process is of top concern for organizations today” explained Hellinger. “And all of this begins with putting the right technology enablers to work in the enterprise for content management, delivery and measurement.”

Hellinger and Rousseau’s session will cover:

  • Building the competency continuum through curriculum, content and engagement strategy
  • Designing the next generation of analytics to demonstrate the link from learning to performance
