YIT to start a new apartment building project in the Moscow region, Russia

YIT starts the construction of a new apartment building project in Zhukovsky, Moscow Region, Russia. The project will comprise approximately 220 apartments as well as business premises. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 15 million and it will be completed by the end of 2018. The start-up was recorded in the second quarter.

The project is the latest phase of an area development project called Microdistrict 5A. Over ten years, the Microdistrict 5A project has already completed apartments with over 180,000 square metres of living area. The project is located next to a forest park area and with an easy reach to shopping centres and several schools. Zhukovsky is known as a science and aviation city.
