Regarding the Change of the General Director of the Company

         The Board of Directors of Žemaitijos pienas, AB  approved an
application of the General Director  Algirdas Pažemeckas on retirement from the
office of Company's General Director, and decided to appoint Tadas Arvydas
Vizgirda as the General Director of the Company, who will take office from 17
September 2012. The former General Director will act as a consultant of the
Company.
