New date for the Annual General Meeting 2018 in Zutec Holding AB (publ)

The Board of Directors of Zutec Holding AB (publ) (the ”Company”) hereby announces that the new date for the Annual General Meeting 2018 is 17 October 2018. This replaces previously communicated dates for the Annual General Meeting 2018.

Notice to attend the Annual General Meeting 2018 will be given no later than four weeks prior to the meeting through announcements on the Company’s website and in the Official Swedish Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar). The fact that notice to attend the meeting has been given will be published in the business newspaper Dagens Industri.
