Correction: Disclosure of changes in holdings: R-Venture sold 15,002 shares in 24SevenOffice Scandinavia AB

R-Venture AS has today sold 15,002 shares in 24SevenOffice Scandinavia AB at a price of SEK 39.5141 per share. The company now controls 30,117,217 shares together with its 100% owned subsidiary BMU AS, equal to one share less than 50% of the total shares.

The reason for the sale is that the company no longer wants to be a parent company with the obligations it entails, as for instance working out inter-company group accounts. At the same time, R-Venture clarifies that they want to retain their current ownership and have no current plans for further divestments.
