SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA: Increasing home mortgage rate
In light of Norges Bank raising its policy rate and the bank experiencing higher borrowing costs, SpareBank 1 SR-Bank is adjusting its mortgage rates for existing customers by up to 0.25 percentage points. “As the economy improved this autumn, money market rates also rose. This in turn means that the bank’s borrowing costs have risen. We are, therefore, adjusting our mortgage rates,” says Roger Lund Antonesen, Executive Vice President Retail Market in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank.
