Acando signs delivery agreement with Westinghouse

Acando has signed a 3-year agreement with Westinghouse Electric Sweden AB in Västerås regarding maintenance and development of the new SAP platform that is being implemented during 2009, to increase productivity in the manufacturing of nuclear fuel.

The agreement covers support, development, operations and monitoring of ECC 6.0 and SAP PI starting April 2009. A framework with an option to order consultant services in other areas is also included in the agreement.

Westinghouse Electric Sweden AB is a part of Westinghouse that has its domicile in the USA and is part of the Toshiba Group. They have approximately 1000 employees in Sweden that work with manufacturing of nuclear fuel as well as maintenance and services to the nuclear industry.
