Change in number of shares and votes in Addtech AB

The total number of shares and votes in Addtech AB, reg. no 556302-9726 (“Addtech”) has changed in September 2020 consequent upon that the number of A-shares have increased with 9,664,308 A-shares and the number of B-shares have increased with 194,931,180 B-shares upon the Annual General Meeting in Addtech held on 28 August 2020 resolving on a share split (4:1).

After the share split the total number of shares and votes in Addtech as per 30 September 2020 amounts to 272,793,984 shares and 388,765,680 votes, respectively. 12,885,744 of these shares are class A shares, representing 128,857,440 votes, and 259,908,240 are class B shares, representing 259,908,240 votes. Addtech’s share capital of SEK 51,148,872 remains unchanged and the par value of the share has changed from approximately SEK 0.75 to approximately SEK 0.19.

As a result of the share split, the shares in Addtech have changed ISIN codes. The new ISIN code for the A-share is SE0014781787 and the new ISIN code for the B-share is SE0014781795.
