Øyvind Eriksen, President and CEO in Aker ASA, has purchased 17 000 shares inAker ASA at a price of NOK 160.42 per share. The shares are purchased throughthe company Erøy AS, which is owned by Eriksen. After the purchase, Eriksen'stotal shareholdings are 88 000.

Erøy owns 100 000 B-shares in TRG Holding AS, who owns 66.66 percent of theshares in Aker ASA.
