AMSC ASA – Name change registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by AMSC ASA (the “Company”) on 6 October 2022 regarding the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting held the date thereof.

The extraordinary general meeting resolved to change the Company’s name to AMSC ASA. The name change has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).
