NEW : The Black Legend Monaco Opening 29th October 2009 Featuring the Supremes and Martha Reeves and The Vandellas The 29th of October 2009 sees the opening of The Black Legend in Monaco… the ultimate supper club in one of the most glamorous cities in the world. Based on the spirit of Motown music The Black Legend is an ultra chic restaurant, lounge bar and disco. The evening begins with a live band followed later in the evening by a DJ playing the greatest hits from the Motown era. Special guest on the opening night will include The Supremes and Martha Reeves and The Vandellas. The Black Legend will truly take you back in time to relive some of the best disco music ever made… in complete style. The doors will officially open to the public on the 31st October at 12noon till 5am, with live music from early evening. Like Les Caves du Roy in Saint-Tropez another of Chevanne’s high end establishments the Black legend will feel very much like an exclusive private club. Situated opposite the Monaco yacht club, The Black Legend will feature a large terrace with spectacular views over the harbour. The menu will include a fusion of tastes from the Mediterranean and America, and with the manager - Junior, from Les Caves du Roy overseeing the club - guests are in for a great treat. The décor harks back the 1970’s Manhattan with a glamorous mix of vintage and modern furniture.
