Subscription for Anoto Group's Employee Stock Option Program Raises Approximately SEK 14 million

Employees have subscribed for a total of 1,081,955 shares as part of Anoto Group's 2003/2006 stock option program, Serie B. While not affecting earnings, subscription has boosted liquid assets and shareholders’ equity by SEK 13.7 million. The dilutive effect is 0,9%, and the company has a total of 127,617,156 shares after subscription.
