Aros Bostad engages Lindbäcks for construction of another 104 wooden-built apartments in Nacka
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed an agreement with Lindbäcks regarding production of 104 rental apartments, corresponding to the final phase of the residential development project O2 Orminge in Nacka. The project is estimated for completion in the beginning of 2023.

The first phase constituted our pilot project for industrially produced wooden buildings, later implemented in our way of working to deliver high-quality apartments to a lower price and with less climate footprint.”
O2 Orminge comprises three phases with a total of 267 apartments, spread over nine apartment buildings with wooden frames and façades. The construction agreement with Lindbäcks comprises the third and final phase, corresponding to four buildings with a total of 104 rental apartments. The first two phases are completed as tenant ownerships.

The apartments within the third phase are sold to CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of a pan European fund, which will take possession of the property upon completion in the beginning of 2023. The project is developed within the Fund Aros Bostad IV.
