Change in number of shares and votes in Beijer Electronics Group

The total number of shares in Beijer Electronics Group AB (publ) as per September 28, 2018 amounts to 28,636,036, divided into 28,601,379 ordinary shares and 34,657 class C shares, corresponding to a total of 28,604,844.7 votes.

The adjustment of the number of votes is a correction of previous press release regarding change in number of shares and votes in Beijer Electronics Group AB (publ), which was published on March 29, 2018 and where it was stated that the number of votes amounted to 28,636,036, which rightfully should be 28,604,844.7 votes.
