Bilot strengthens its position as the #1 integrator of Microsoft SharePoint and SAP together with Cordis Solutions

Bilot and London-based Cordis Solutions have signed a reseller agreement for the sales of solutions and services based on Cordis. The agreement covers exclusive sales rights in Finland and grants Bilot reseller rights also in those EMEA countries where Bilot has customers.

Cordis solutions are based on the Duet® Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP solution, co-developed by these two software giants. Duet® Enterprise enables SAP applications and processes to be deployed to Microsoft SharePoint and SAP users safely and with extraordinary usability.

These innovative solutions developed by Cordis enhance the implementation and usability of Duet® Enterprise to a completely new level by offering several ready-to-use applications in areas such as Employee Self-Service, approval workflows and improved master-data management. Cordis has developed an amazing 10 out of the overall 14 Duet® Enterprise certified applications worldwide.

Today in Madrid, Cordis Solutions was awarded SAPPHIRE 2012 Partner Innovation Prize on behalf of the SAP-MICROSOFT Unite Partner Connection Program.

Bilot was elected as Cordis’ partner in Finland due to its proven combination of SAP and Microsoft technology expertise – including Duet® Enterprise. “Bilot is a great partner and this partnership reflects our desire to collaborate with companies that share our vision of providing SAP and Microsoft clients with business applications designed for ease of use and rapid deployment that deliver a fast return on investment”, said Ramesh Varsani, Delivery Director, Cordis Solutions.

For Bilot, this portfolio expansion is important and also topical. “We are very excited to work with Cordis. Improving our customers’ employees’ productivity by easily and safely extending the information and processes running on SAP to larger Microsoft SharePoint and Office audiences and users is at the core of Bilot’s Microsoft mission. Duet Enterprise, coupled with Cordis’ solutions radically improves the usability of our customers’ business applications. We expect this new exciting offering to generate business and also strengthen our offering in the marketplace. Rapidly deployed productized software solutions, common in the corporate world, are becoming increasingly common and popular also in the public sector” comments Ismo Piispa, Bilot Concept’s managing director.

”Our partnership with Cordis is important for us, not only to be able to represent their amazing solution, but also since it fits so elegantly with our mission to provide our customers with the most relevant innovations. And particularly in this case where we improve SAP’s usability with Duet Enterprise solutions.” adds Mika Tanner, Bilot Consulting’s managing director.
