Bonava carries out investor transaction and sells 112 rental apartments in Tampere, Finland

On 28 June 2018, Bonava carried out an investor transaction in Tampere, Finland. The purchaser was Tampere’s student housing association. The transaction includes 112 rental apartments. The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2019. 

- This transaction is aligned with our strategy to develop additional rental projects and investor sales in Finland and our other markets, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The area in which the rental project is located has good transport links to Tampere city centre and Tampere University. The apartments are situated near schools, stores and green areas.
